Phase 3 included renovations to the spa and pool, along with 206 guestrooms.They completed this phase ahead of schedule. By implementing lessons learned from phase 1, the team improved flow, sequencing, and quality for phase 2. Phase 2 included renovating 121 guestrooms on levels two through five, as well as conference and fitness rooms.Work also included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure. Phase 1 involved demolition and reconstruction of 189 rooms on levels two through seven.Despite navigating numerous challenges and delays, the team reached substantial completion approximately 7 months ahead of the initial 26-month GMP schedule. The project team parsed work into three-phases, and the luxury resort remained operational throughout. This project was the first major renovation of the 516 room resort since the facility opened in 1998.
